The goal for Vernon High School is for every graduate to earn their College, Career, and Military Readiness point. Students earn their point by completing dual-credit courses; or earning a certification; or meeting TSI criteria via scores on the SAT, ACT, TSI-A, or College Prep Course in English and Math. Congratulations to these students!!! Job Well Done!!

Our VHS tennis team saw its fall season come to an end earlier than we wanted it to yesterday afternoon, as Lions fell to Canyon West Plains in the bi-district round of the Class 4A Team Tennis playoffs. Playing up a classification and facing tougher competition will just make you that much better for the Class 3A Team Tennis playoffs and for UIL Singles & Doubles competition that are played in the spring. Just keep on working! We're proud of all the players and coaches!!
