Our annual 5th Grade Egg Drop was held Tuesday afternoon on the south side of Vernon Elementary. Students had to make containers that would keep an egg safe from drops of 20, feet, 30 feet and 40 feet. There were quite a few who accomplished that feat as the last picture shows!! All the students had fun watching their container fall to the ground and then holding their breath until they saw if their egg had survived. A big THANK YOU to AEP for assisting us with this experiment.
